What does this mean?
As part of our ongoing programme of server management and improvement we constantly monitor website traffic and the load that this creates on our servers. We sometimes move websites to different servers to help optimise performance, and this enables us to ensure that each website is operating at its best.
During this maintenance period your website is moving to a new server, and may appear offline for a short period. It is not possible to provide exact times, but it is in everyone’s best interests to minimise the time that any website is offline.
This move will require some details to be updated, such as the domain record, Sagepay and any 3rd party connections. These changes will need to be made within a short period following the changeover, and a member of our support team will be contacting you shortly to explain the specifics relating to your website and hosting.
