With Christmas nearly upon us, we are taking stock as we draw a close to our pre-Christmas Liquidshop development phase.
This year has seen the addition of some exciting new features to Liquidshop and this, now coupled with bespoke development work, has helped many of our users to achieve their feature requirements quickly. These new additions include; responsive design, site-wide SSL, Schema (micro data) and a whole host of Google provisions. Even the smallest of features can aid your workflow, such as our ‘Copy Page URL’.
Many of you have asked for a Liquidshop System Manual, so the support team has been busy filling in the blanks and we now have a fully comprehensive solution centre on our Helpdesk, which can be found [here]. Having this gives you access to support outside of our normal working hours.
Our Helpdesk offers more than just solutions. Here is a reminder of what it can be used for:
- Management of your emails sent to support (these are referred to as tickets). You can create a new ticket or check a ticket status, and they are always stored there for you.
- Feature Release forum
- Feature Request forum
- Announcements, notifications of service and updates.
