This section outlines the requirements for updating orders.


When exporting orders into a third party system you may require the order status and email notifications to be handled via Liquidshop. With adopting this procedure customer history will display the correct information, helping staff or customers track the progress.


  • File format can be in CSV or XML
  • Full or partial (line item) can be updated
  • Notification email can be flagged to send at each stage
  • Courier tracking number can be inserted

Process stages are:

  1.  from Pending to Processing
  2.  from Processing to Awaiting Dispatch
  3.  from Awaiting Dispatch to Dispatched

Orders or order lines can also be updated as Cancelled & Refunded

The file command name for each:

  • Processing
  • Packing
  • Despatched
  • Cancelled
  • Refunded
