System Emails are a pre defined list of emails sent by the system for certain scenarios. For example, you could receive an email for a low stock level reminder or a customer may ask for an email to remind them when a product is back in stock. These emails are built into the back office software so you cant add new system emails. However you can edit these emails as shown below.
Firstly, go to the back office of your website and go into your settings. You will then need to select the 'Email' tab and you will be taken to the page shown below.
In the box titled 'System Emails', you will see the edit pencil icon under 'actions'. This is where you can edit the emails and maybe make it a bit more personal. We do advise on keeping the custom tags as these will automatically include generic information such as the customer name and company details.
